on the end where the black rubber tip is a press in area in ther middle – when it is pressed it is on – or if you need to have it on constant – tighten the barrel – all of my stock does not have a on/off button.

I haven’t had any flickering problems like some others have, but I think that a little tinkering could fix a problem like that.

Overall, I think it’s a great product for me.
