I ordered the Fenix TA21 which is listed as the ‘Fenix 12 Level 225 Lumen Tactical LED Flashlight’, but I received the Fenix TK12 instead. I so much wanted the 12 output levels but now I have to settle for the TK12 instead. Unfortunately I can’t return it as all these flashlights look the same and I already opened the packaging So now I don’t qualify for a return. This is very unfortunate as I also purchased rechargeable 18650′s with a charger and when I tried to put them in, they would not fit. So now I also have to purchase the TK12-EX (18650 Body Tube) in order to use them. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase from this seller. I will not do business with them again. If I had been satisfied, I would have purchased 15 more TA21′s for my dept. as gifts for bonuses. I will be taking my business elsewhere. To those that have not purchased this item yet, I would advise you not to make purchases with ‘Outfitter Country’ as you will not get what you paid for.

This flashlight broke with in 20 minutes of opening. Adjustable dial was hard to turn then I felt a snap. The dial now free spins and does nothing. If you’re lucky maybe yours will break on high so it will have at least one useful function. Would give no stars if it was possible. At least my surefire still works.

I ordered the TA21 and recieved the TK12 instead. I did not know it of course until the box had been opened and then was not eligible for full return.Something funny going on here because I read another review about exactly the same thing. No I won’t order again either.

This is a very impressive flashlight. It has more settings than I understand the need for, but very cool nonetheless. I really like the strike bezel feature, it makes the flashlight a credible self defense tool should the need ever arise. The clip is a nice feature as well. I highly recommend this flashlight. I thought I had a nice flashlight from Lowe’s….it has 7 LED lights, but when I compare the 2 side by side there is really no comparison. The Fenix blows it away (of course it also costs 5 times more!).

I have recently bought this flashlight for recreational purposes and love it! i have owned many Surefires that range well past $150, and i think that you can not beat the price of this flashlight. Its made well, seems sturdy (haven’t dropped it yet), and is very bright. I have never seen the rotating dial for the brightness selection before, and let me tell you, it beats having to click the same button over and over again to get the desired brightness.
The fact that the brightness is divided into 12 increments helps you pick the appropriate brightness for each task. When i bought the light, i didn’t think that i would ever be using the 4 lumen output mode, but i tend to use it more than the 225 mode. it perfect for looking for that thing you dropped. I wrongly expected the pocket clip to be chinsey and thin, but it is very thick and holds well, even if i clip it upside-down. the light is the perfect size to carry around for everyday use and is big enough to handle the duties of a heavy work light. the only thing that i was disappointed with was the lanyard it came with; it seems kind of useless.
Overall, this light gets an A+. Buy it, and you won’t be disappointed!
